Rules for the use of the Basketball
Court are not specifically addressed in the declaration; however, the
association has the authority to maintain these and other common facilities.
Rules are necessary for proper maintenance.
The Basketball Court as
mentioned includes the enclosed, fenced area around the court.

The
Basketball Court is for residents, their children and
up to four guests per resident address
ONLY.
Residents are responsible for their guests’ compliance to these rules.
Loaning out the basketball court key is strictly prohibited and can lead to
the loss of basketball court privileges.

A
fee of $30.00 will be charged for each key replacement.

Residents
not current on their homeowner’s dues will be denied access.
BASKETBALL COURT RULES
These rules apply to: residents, their children and
guests. Residents are responsible for their children’s and their guests’
compliance with these rules.

Basketball court door must not be
propped open or otherwise rendered inoperable, even temporarily.

Individuals caught scaling the fence or
otherwise gaining unauthorized access to the basketball court will be reported
to the Pflugerville police as trespassing.

No glass containers, alcoholic
beverages, tobacco products, or pets are permitted in the basketball court
area.

There is no time limit on using the
basketball court. However, if others are waiting, please limit play to 1 hour.

No littering.
Use trash receptacles provided.

Resident shall be responsible for
paying clean-up expenses, repairs costs and damages caused by resident and/or
resident’s guests.

Basketball court is for basketball play
only. All other uses are prohibited including, but not limited to:
skateboarding, rollerblading, and biking.

Anyone causing a disturbance will be
required to leave the basketball court area. Disturbances include, but are not
limited to fighting, foul language, inappropriate music and music volume.
This court is for the enjoyment of Heatherwilde
residents and their guests only. It is up to homeowners to report rule
