Heatherwilde Board of Directors
The Heatherwilde Homeowners Association's Board of Directors meets the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Heatherwilde Clubhouse. The meetings are open to all HOA members. The clubhouse is at 16800 Cactus Blossom Drive.

The current acting board of directors consists of the following members (as of April 2007):

Thad Yousling President (Term expires April 2009)
Rebecca Swofford Vice President (Term expires April 2009)
Joan White Secretary (Term expires April 2010)
Jo Schambach Treasurer (Term expires April 2008)
Van Hill Member-At-Large (Term expires April 2010)
 
Each member is elected to a three year term at the April annual homeowners meeting by a vote of all members present (each home has one vote). Officers are then elected at the following board meeting in April, by a vote of the newly elected  board. When a board member leaves the board of directors, the vacated place is filled by appointment of the rest of the board. The newly appointed board member will then serve the remaining term of the member who vacated this position.
 
Any homeowner in Heatherwilde may run for a board position. Would YOU be willing to participate in this way?
