HOA Facilities

The Heatherwilde Homeowners Association owns several facilities for the general use of it's members in good standing:

bulletA Clubhouse (located at 16800 Cactus Blossom Drive)
bulletA pool area with a large 5 foot deep pool and a baby pool
bulletA park with a playscape and several picnic tables and benches
bulletA tennis court
bulletA basketball court

Access to the pool area, tennis and basketball court is restricted to HOA members in good standing with a valid access card (pool) or key (tennis and basketball court). Please contact Goodwin Management to receive a key or access card, if you haven't received one, yet. Click on any of the links below to read the usage rules for the various facilities.
