HOA Facilities

The Heatherwilde Homeowners Association owns several facilities for the general use of it's members in good standing:

  • A Clubhouse (located at 16800 Cactus Blossom Drive)
  • A pool area with a large 5 foot deep pool and a baby pool
  • A park with a playscape and several picnic tables and benches
  • A tennis court
  • A basketball court

Access to the pool area, tennis and basketball court is restricted to HOA members in good standing with a valid access card (pool) or key (tennis and basketball court). Please contact Goodwin Management to receive a key or access card, if you haven't received one, yet. Click on any of the links below to read the usage rules for the various facilities. The pool is only open during the summer months, click on the link below for this year's pool schedule.
