Rules for the use of the Pools are not
specifically addressed in the declaration; however, the association has the
authority to maintain these and other common facilities.
Rules are necessary for proper maintenance.
The Pools
as mentioned includes the enclosed, fenced area around the two pools.

The
Pools are for residents, their children and up to four guests per resident
address ONLY. Loaning out the access cards is strictly prohibited and can lead to
the loss of pool privileges.

A
fee of $30.00 will be charged for each access card replacement.

Residents
not current on their homeowner’s dues will be denied access. Pool access cards will
only be given to residents current on their homeowner’s dues.
POOL RULES
These rules apply to: residents, their children and
guests. Residents are responsible
for their children’s and their guests’ compliance with these rules.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
ALL
PERSONS USING THE POOL DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.

All household members need to identify
themselves and their guests to the pool monitor and register their guests.
Guests may be asked for proof of age. It is in the monitor’s discretion to
withdraw access privileges from patrons disobeying
the rules and require them to leave the pool area. At the Board of Directors’
discretion, access privileges can be restored at the next scheduled board
meeting.

Children under 15 yrs. are absolutely
prohibited from pools area without parent or adult (18 yrs. or older)
supervision. Children ages 15 to 17 are not allowed to supervise children
under the age of 15.

The pool door must not be propped open
or otherwise rendered inoperable, even temporarily.

No glass containers, alcoholic
beverages, tobacco products, or pets are permitted in the pool area.

Diving into the pools is not permitted.

To protect pool equipment the following
are not permitted:
Balloons, cut-off shorts, cutoff shirts, non-toilet-trained children without
plastic pants over diapers.

Pool furniture is not to be used in or
put into the water.

To make the pools safer & cleaner
for everyone, please shower to rinse off suntan oils and/or perspiration prior
to using the pools.

No swimming permitted during lightning
storms. Leave pool and seek
immediate cover in the event of a lightning storm.

Safety equipment is to be used only in
case of an emergency.

No littering.
Use trash receptacles provided.

Resident shall be responsible for
paying clean-up expenses, repair costs and damages caused by resident and/or
resident’s guests and children.

Anyone causing a disturbance will be
required to leave pools area. Disturbances
include, but are not limited to: Running, boisterous play, foul language,
inappropriate music and music volume.

Instructions of the pool monitor are to
be followed or residents and/or their guests risk being asked to leave the
pool and/or loose pool privileges.

The baby pool is intended for babies
and toddlers. Constant adult supervision is required. No running or splashing
in the baby pool area.
POOL PARTIES
(Parties may not
be exclusive so as to prevent other residents from using the facilities.)
Pool party
requirements are as follows:

Reservations must be made through the
pool monitor (phone number: 251-8907 or 331-7066).

A $50.00 deposit and an agreement to
pay for damages over $50.00.

Maximum 25 guests per party (not
including members of your household). Guests must obey ALL POOL RULES.

Breakable containers for beverages and
food are prohibited.

Parties must end by 9:00 p.m..
Use of the
pools area is permitted only according to the approved schedule or by written
permission of the management company. At
the discretion of the board or the pool management company, the pool area
may be closed for maintenance or other reasons from time to time. It
is the responsibility of pool users to report rule infractions to the
management company.
