These rules apply to: residents, their children and
guests. Residents are responsible for their children’s and their guests’
compliance with these rules.

Tennis court door must not be propped
open or otherwise rendered inoperable, even temporarily.

Individuals caught scaling the fence or
otherwise gaining unauthorized access to the tennis court will be reported to
the Pflugerville police as trespassing.

Tennis shoes must be worn.

It is recommended that children under
12 are supervised by a parent or adult (18 or older).

No glass containers, alcoholic
beverages, tobacco products, or pets are permitted in the tennis court area.

There is no time limit on using the
tennis court. However, if others are waiting, please limit play to 1 hour.

No littering.
Use trash receptacles provided.

Resident shall be responsible for
paying clean-up expenses, repairs costs and damages caused by resident and/or
resident’s guests.

Tennis court is for tennis only. All
other uses are prohibited including, but not limited to: skateboarding,
rollerblading, and biking.

Anyone causing a disturbance will be
required to leave the tennis court area. Disturbances include, but are not
limited to fighting, foul language, inappropriate music and music volume.
This court is for the enjoyment of Heatherwilde
residents and their guests only. It is up to homeowners to report rule
